Detox for 7 Days Before Your Treatment

FOODS SUITABLE DURING THE CLEANSING/DETOX

  • Start each day with a cup of warm water and lemon juice
  • Drink 1 ½ – 2 litres of water a day
  • Drink 1-3 cups of fennel or dandelion tea daily and or a glass of carrot/beetroot juice
  • A good portion of properly cooked (45min) brown rice or wild rice
  • All fresh fruits (except bananas)
  • All fresh vegetables, especially green leafy veg
  • Well-cooked whole grains such as rice, millet, quinoa, buckwheat.
  • Organic meat/poultry/wild salmon
  • Nuts and seeds (Watch the amount of nuts)

 

FOODS TO AVOID DURING A DETOX

  • Dairy
  • Meat
  • Eggs
  • Bread, cakes, biscuits, any refined flour product
  • Sugar, sweets, chocolate
  • All but minimal amounts of oils/fats
  • Caffeine
  • All processed foods

 

SUPPLEMENTS DURING THE DETOX

  • Green super foods, e.g spirulina, chlorella, wheatgrass or barley grass
  • Golden linseeds or flax seed Tablespoon
  • Acidophilus – 1 on an empty stomach
  • Glutamine – as recommended by the manufacture
  • Digestive Enzymes – use as recommended by the manufacture
